During my recent stay at Suite Home in Prague, I had a fantastic experience. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed to make the most of my time in the city. The breakfast room was accommodating to my dietary needs, ensuring that I started each day off right. The location of the hotel was perfect - just off Wenceslas Square, close to amazing restaurants and bars, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The room I stayed in, room 601, was on the top floor with a stairway leading to a terrace with breathtaking views of Prague. The spacious master bedroom boasted an incredibly large king bed, and there were two other private rooms with additional beds, perfect for families or groups. The breakfast, made fresh until 10:30am, was included in the stay, and the hotel also offered free luggage storage on check out, as well as being flexible with reducing our stay without any penalty. The proximity of the hotel to popular attractions like the Astronomical Clock and Charles Bridge made exploring the city a breeze. I highly recommend Suite Home for both short and long stays in Prague.

Great complementary breakfast and daily housekeeping made my business trip more comfortable. The hotel's location is convenient, with several dining and shopping options nearby. I appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi, which helped me to stay connected during my trip.
The room's air conditioning system was a bit noisy, which disturbed my concentration while working. The towels were not as soft and fluffy as I expected, and the bathroom amenities were not regularly replaced.

The staff, especially Jaruslave in dining, provided excellent customer service. The hotel was clean and great value for money. The spacious and comfortable room was equipped with a robe and slippers. The double glazing kept the room quiet despite being located on a busy road. The hotel also had a lift for easy access. The friendly receptionists were always welcoming. The strong wifi and proximity to mini markets made our stay even more convenient. The hotel's location, just a short walk from town and near a lovely park, was perfect for relaxing and exploring the city. The addition of an oven in the kitchen was a pleasant surprise, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
